A longtime resident of the Greater Hartford, Connecticut, area, Paolo (Paul) Mozzicato currently leads as principal of a real estate company and an Italian bakery. An active member of the local real estate profession, Paul Mozzicato belongs to organizations such as the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors (GHAR).
The largest local professional real estate organization in the state, GHAR currently serves more than 4,000 members across nearly 60 communities. As a primary advocacy group for the real estate industry, the organization offers its members a range of networking, training, and technology services. Additionally, GHAR hosts a series of educational seminars and programs throughout the year.
Among other initiatives, GHAR maintains a continuing-education program hosted entirely online. Through a partnership with REcampus, members can take distance-education courses on a variety of real estate topics and access textbooks written by experts in the field.
Additionally, GHAR offers certification programs online through The CE Shop. Members have the opportunity to complete state-mandated training in Connecticut Fair Housing laws as well as take optional courses in real estate taxation, residential property management, contract law, and more.
